Positive effects of processes:
- Following an estructure (standardization)
- You can easily find a problem
- You do not waste your time looking for the problem (easy to locate)
- By following the process step by step you do not waste any money
Negative effects of
processes:

- Misunderstandings between organizations
- It could be more direct, but sometimes it’s not
- By following processes everything is taking more time. (slow)
- Bad service towards customers
